This is what I hate about programming. I recreated the engine on an entirely different language, and shitheads like you think that it's the same game. I said this in the fucking comments.
Jesus, if it's such a big deal that it is so similar - play a different fucking game.
Don't worry about ignorant people giving you low scores and bad reviews. They were expecting machine guns, trophies, anime sprites and hours of gameplay. For free. Of course.
This was a perfect addition to the game jam and the story was excellent, though sad. Never heard that text before but I'm glad I did now. Ambiance and atmosphere were superbly dark and the music was spot on. It's a slow game but I see how it suited the theme, since if it was made like a fast point'n click, the game would have been even shorter and you'd miss half the story.
I always enjoy a witty brainteaser so couple of more problem solving tasks would have been nice. The math thing was quite easy.
But I will click on 5/5 and give you a 9 on this review. Excellent work.
Very repetitive. Get's old fast. Also, when I read the description and realized I was actually Libya, I stopped firing and surrendered. Just it should happen in real life, so points up for realism. :)
Some serious skills you have there. Beautiful work with all the details. Love the dark and evil theme going on. Outstanding work.
I'd like to see you draw a piece of tattoo art. Dragon theme'd maybe?
Mochi is a ripoff. Trying to make NG users spend money to buy "mochicoins" for ingame upgrades. This is retarded and doesn't fly with NG principles that every game is free and community made for every user here. Mochigames is a pain in the ass and therefore a BLAM.
Love the graphics and comedy, but...
Two biggest issues I have with this are the weapons and aiming. The good weapons do tons more damage than the evil ones. For example lightning vs. exploding rock. I saw damage like 58 vs. 38. And the homing cloud thingy... are you kidding me??
Also some numeric value to the aiming thingy would be great. This is really just shooting at random. So balance out the weapons for starters. Good game otherwise.
We've seen these before... it's a nice concept and a decent story but it gets really old really fast. Plus there were some HUGE glitches that ruined the game. To list some:
- Scorpions don't spew blood when hit. Confusing at first to know if you hit or not
- The humvee-dude goes nuts. The muzzle flame is visible and the guy twitches 90° and doesn't make a sound. Therefore he doesn't seem to shoot at anything either. So no help there.
- The flamethrower suddenly stopped working. Heard the noise, lost fuel and even overheated but no flame came out and no enemies were hit. Made me lose the game btw...
All in all a good try but it doesn't pull through. Three different monsters, same generic guns with no modifiers.. nah. Been there, seen that. But there's a lot room for improvement.
I have to start about the music... what in gods name was that?? You "composed" that your self didn't you? Next time just use some ambient stuff from NG libraries.
This also seems like an incomplete game. The graphics could be a lot better, the physics need a little tweaking and you could move the camera away a little so I can see where I am going.
You have a good start, don't give up.
...you made me play this for 8 hours straight on my day off. I got NOTHING done! :D DAMN YOU!
Gameplay is excellent but a little slow with the battle info-screens.. I don't know what to call them, but when it says what spell you're using etc.
Music is superb. Difficulty is not ridiculous. Graphics are simple and smooth. Story is nothing special but it doesn't have to be for a game like this.
Very nice work. Love the lockpicking thingy.
Some improvements:
- More weapons and powerups or the possibility to modify your weapons
- Make the in-game graphics change as you upgrade your equipment
- Make the gameplay a little faster
- More gold from treasure chests
- More attack styles for the fighter-dude. There's only "slice" now
This was so awesome it can not be described :D
Graphics were superb, music and sound FX were well made and funny as hell, gameplay was challenging but not ridiculous and the special attacks were great.
This game is truly epic.
I'm sorry I can't really give you anything to improve.. I mean.. you had a frikkin shark with a frikkin laser beam attached to it's head!! :D I lol'd so much :D

Please don't make any more of these... It's the same game as before and before that. 0/5
